Government Industrial training Institute Yavatmal was established in 1963. It is the tradition of government ITI Yavatmal to bring together sound academic achievements and various co curricular activities that include sports, cultural and leadership training programmers. Our mission is to inculcate love of \u2018continuous skill development\u2019 and \u2018knowledge improvement\u2019 in our students. Our alumni are successful individuals after having done good progress in industrial, economic and social domains. Our alumnus Mr. Vilas Chele has already grabbed first prize for electrician trade in All India Skills Competition in 1986.<\/p>

At present there are 21 trades and 46 units with intake capacity of one thousand students. We also have facility for students hostel and presently one hundred students are residing in this hostel. The Instructors here, apart from developing the skills of the students through training also strives for their overall development.<\/p>

After acquiring skills through training in ITI, students get opportunity to work in different industries as well as students can also try for self-employment. BTRI Yavatmal implements apprenticeship scheme by organizing campus placements at institute to facilitate the passouts to get apprenticeship & placement in different industries &establishments. As the ITI syllabus is designed for all India level, the students also have job opportunities in different states and outside country.<\/p>

Our ITI offers good quality training. I.T.I. Yavatmal awarded \u2018Best I.T.I. in the Maharashtra State – 2020\u2019. It is a Proud moment for all of us. It is not always external economic conditions which determine personal growth but many a times it is individual morale and motivation level which determines how high a person will go in life.<\/p>

At this moment I will quote Mr. APJ Abdul Kalam –<\/p>
